Terms of Service

The ‘On Demand Business Advice via Phone’ service is provided by Annara Investments Limited, a company incorporated and operating under the laws of England and Wales (Registered Number 11015453), and located at Northway House, 4 Acton Walk, London, N20 9BL

By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Confidentiality

Annara conducts business in a professional and discreet manor to ensure the protection of our clients’ confidential information and privacy at all times.


2. Non-Disclosure Agreement

Annara are happy to sign a NDA to protect any sensitive information our clients share.


3. Call Scheduling Times

Calls are undertaken 7 days per week between the hours of 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 4pm Saturday and Sunday, UK time, excluding national holidays.


4. Appointment Availability

Appointments are available on a first come first serve basis. Once a plan is purchased, our client will have access to our online appointment planner to view the available time slots.


5. Appointment Availability Guarantee

Annara guarantees a time slot will always be available within 24 hours of payment excluding national holidays.


6. Contact Details

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details enabling us to contact you at the time requested. Annara will not be held responsible for missing an appointment due to incorrect contact details provided by the client.


7. Plans

Our 30 minute, 1 and 2 hour plans are ad hoc, one off,  single session consultations booked and scheduled as and when needed. The time allocated on the 4, 8 and 12 hour plans are spread over a one month period depending on your requirements.


8. Roll Over

Only hours ordered from our 12 hour plan are eligible for rollover. The roll over period is 14 days. Hours in all other plans expire and are non-refundable one month from the purchase date.


9. Cancelling and Rescheduling an Appointment

If you cannot make an appointment for any reason, please inform us at least 2 hours before in order for us to allocate the appointment to someone else. You can cancel and reschedule in the following ways:

Clients who do “not show” and fail to contact us at least 2 hours before, may still still be charged and may not be eligible for a credit or refund.


10. Payment

To streamline the payment and appointment booking service, Annara prefer payment online via PayPal, however if you are unable to pay with debit / credit card, we also accept payment via BACS payment. Please call us on +44 (0) 20 8032 8138.


11. Legal Advice

We do not offer legal advice and we recommend speaking to a qualified lawyer for all legal matters.


12. Age Restriction

Annara does not offer its service to anyone under the age of 18 .


13. Use of Your Information

We want you to get the most out of your relationship with Annara. One of the ways we might help you do this is by using the contact details you’ve supplied us to send you marketing information about our other products or services we think you’ll find interesting. We never sell or share you details to any third parties.
